On 20 February 2026, Chularat 11 Inter Hospital underwent an official on-site evaluation for registration as an Occupational Health Service Unit under the Occupational and Environmental Diseases Control Act B.E. 2562 (2019).

The assessment was conducted by Dr. Wasitthi Vanitchanont, Medical Officer, together with Kesarin Khonuangklang, Senior Public Health Technical Officer, and evaluation teams from the Office of Disease Prevention and Control Region 6 Chonburi and the Chachoengsao Provincial Public Health Office.
